Care of brush:
Ideally hang to store so as to not flatten the bristles. When the broom head starts looking tired and worn, give the bristles a quick bath in some warm, soapy water to clean, revive and refluff your broom, avoid getting the wood wet and dry with the bristles laying flat.
End of life:
Cut the bristles off and throw into the compost bin at the end of the brooms life to breakdown naturally then you can re-use the handle as a garden stake
